As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for leading our strategic brand and marketing vision. This involves aligning business goals with customer needs and market opportunities to drive sustainable growth and development.

  • This role requires a strong understanding of the customer-centric approach, which will be embedded across the organisation to drive commercial, brand, and market share growth.
  • You will oversee all marketing operations, providing leadership and strategic direction across B2C and B2B business streams, as well as developing and implementing member engagement strategies to deepen member relationships.
  • The ideal candidate will lead a cross-functional team of marketing, communications, brand, and customer experience managers and specialists to deliver brand strategy through campaigns targeted at core market segments.
  • Experience in a similar position within the banking sector is essential, along with demonstrated capability in the development and execution of brand strategies and value propositions.
  • A strong influencer with excellent interpersonal and communication skills is required to engage and facilitate change with key internal stakeholders.
  • Tertiary qualification(s) in a relevant field is also a must.
