Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our strategic engagement initiatives, driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with key clients. As Director of Strategic Engagement, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to engage with high-value clients, identify new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their objectives. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic engagement plan to drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by understanding client needs and developing tailored solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress towards business goals
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and thought leadership content to promote our services
