Job Title: Marketing Director

About the Role
Solstice Energy seeks a Marketing Director to drive customer growth, build its brand, and lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering great customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that expand Solstice Energy's footprint in the Tasmanian market.
  • Lead and mentor a small, dynamic marketing team.
  • Manage brand positioning to strengthen loyalty and community connection in Tasmania.
  • Oversee go-to-market planning, product development, and customer value propositions.
  • Use customer, market, and competitor insights to drive decision-making.

About You:
  • 8+ years' senior marketing or product leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience, brand, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage agencies, partners, and third-party providers.
  • Excellent financial literacy and commercial acumen.
  • A track record of inspiring and motivating teams to deliver results.
  • Energy industry experience (highly desirable).
