We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Field and Support Technician in Western Australia. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients, providing technical assistance, and collaborating with our technical team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent IT skills, strong analytical abilities, and outstanding communication skills. You will work closely with our Business Development Manager to provide local sales support and ensure seamless service delivery to our clients.

  • You will attend to jobs locally, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
  • You will collaborate with our technical team, providing and receiving support for various tasks and requests.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of IT experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or similar are highly desirable.

You will also need to possess strong proficiency in configuring, installing, monitoring, supporting, and managing ICT environments. Familiarity with cloud services, virtualisation technologies, and Windows and Linux operating systems is essential. Additionally, you will provide Tier 1/2 technical support, triage and escalate incidents according to policies and procedures.
