Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Development professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and delivering engaging learning programs that inspire growth, boost performance, and align with our global learning strategy.

  • Develop and deliver blended learning soft skills programs incorporating eLearning, virtual, face-to-face, and coaching elements.
  • Conduct thorough training needs analyses and create competency frameworks to ensure effective talent development.
  • Identify suitable candidates for training programs and work closely with our global L&D team to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using data and feedback, and continuously refine programs based on insights.
  • Coach and support leaders to embed learning into their daily practice, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, safety, operations, and international colleagues.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning through mentorship, peer learning, and cross-functional training opportunities.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring our learning programs are inclusive and accessible.
  • Design and coordinate graduate development programs, supporting graduates from day one and providing ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Work with the business to improve and drive the graduate development program and strategy, aligning it with our business focus.
