Role Overview

This role is ideal for a supervisor with experience managing knockdown rebuilds, and predominantly high-set homes. You'll be responsible for overseeing multiple residential projects across Central Brisbane, ensuring they are delivered on time, to the highest standards, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple new home builds
  • Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site teams
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, WHS, and quality standards
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and client expectations
  • Problem-solve site-specific challenges (e.g., access, demolition)
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
Requirements
  • Proven experience in knockdown rebuilds and residential construction
  • Strong understanding of Brisbane's inner-city building conditions
  • QBCC Site Supervisor Licence – required
  • Certificate IV in Building and Construction – required
  • White Card and valid Driver's Licence
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
