About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing and engaging talent across multiple channels. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize your knowledge of various sourcing tools and platforms to identify and engage top talent.
  • Candidate Pool Management: Build and maintain candidate pools for current and future roles, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality candidates.
  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Collaborate with our hiring managers to develop targeted recruitment campaigns that meet their needs.
  • Candidate Experience: Champion our employer brand and provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 2+ years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Strong skills in sourcing tools, platforms, and social media, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Priorities: Organized, curious, and proactive individuals who thrive in a team environment and live our values.
