We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive the end-to-end recruitment process for key positions within the Property & Real Estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the recruitment lifecycle for roles across the Property & Real Estate industry, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to develop informed hiring plans and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Effectively communicate the company's brand, culture, and values to potential candidates, fostering a positive and engaging experience.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices in talent acquisition and identify opportunities to enhance processes, driving continuous improvement.
- Maintain high standards of performance, meeting or exceeding monthly TA KPIs while championing automation initiatives to streamline workflows.
- A minimum of [X] years of experience in Agency and/or Internal Recruitment, with a proven track record of securing top talent in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
