About the Role
  • Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures.
  • Support your peers and maintain a cooperative team spirit.
  • Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents closely following all policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
  • Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Diploma of Nursing or similar.
  • Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues.
  • Good coaching/training skills.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Strong customer-centric approach to business.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
