Elderly Care Assistant

As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in delivering essential care services to elderly clients in their own homes. This permanent part-time position offers Monday to Friday work and opportunities to make a meaningful difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with household tasks, including housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Provide transport support for clients to appointments, shopping trips, and social activities.
- Offer personal care assistance, including hygiene support, dressing, meal assistance, and medication administration.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification is required.
- Previous experience in aged or community care is preferred, but not essential. A strong desire to begin a career in aged care is valuable.
- Empathy and resourcefulness are essential skills for this role, reflecting the values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness.
