This role demands exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage complexities associated with multiple executives' needs. You will play a pivotal role in supporting senior executives by efficiently managing their schedules, coordinating relationships with key stakeholders, and assisting in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistical Management: Efficiently manage calendars and appointments, coordinating interactions with internal and external business stakeholders.
  • Travel Support: Provide logistical support for domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Document and Information Management: Manage data meticulously using tools such as SharePoint; assist in meeting preparations including agendas, catering, and minute taking.
  • Quality Assurance: Support compliance with management systems, including document proofreading and review for accuracy.
  • Ad-hoc Project Support: Assist executives and project managers in various tasks as needed to support project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and projects without overlooking details.
  • Technical Savvy: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and SharePoint. An interest in AI technology and project management software is desirable.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive and polite approach to building positive relationships.
  • Team-Oriented: Strong desire to work closely with the executive team to tailor services effectively.
  • Confidentiality and Sensitivity: Capable of managing sensitive information with high levels of discretion and diplomacy.
