Job Title: Employment Specialist

We are seeking an Employment Specialist to empower people with disabilities by creating opportunities for them to become work ready and find suitable employment.

This role is ideal for individuals who have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, can work towards and achieve sales targets and KPIs, and have an interest in sales and marketing techniques.

The successful candidate will develop strong relationships with participants, understand their needs, interests, skills, and experience, and provide training and support services to increase employability and source job opportunities through networking and sales strategies.

Fundamental Responsibilities:

  • To foster a culture of customer-centricity and excellence in all interactions with participants
  • To identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance participant outcomes and business success
  • To maintain accurate records of participant progress and results
  • To collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • To continuously update knowledge and skills to stay current with industry trends and best practices
