Key Responsibilities

The Guest Service Agent role involves delivering a seamless and efficient experience to all guests at registration, during their stay, and at check out. This includes ensuring the accuracy of reservations, handling guest information, and attending to incoming calls in a professional and polite manner.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing Total Customer Satisfaction.
  • Ensure accuracy of reservations in respect of depositing information, billing/credit details, VIP/Guest special requests, room rates and guest information.
  • Attend to all incoming calls via switchboard in a professional and polite manner.
  • Transfer, store, and handle guest luggage and property as well as respond to guest requests for assistance and or information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous hotel experience is desirable but your experience and attitude are paramount.
  • Well-developed problem-solving & analytical skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and well-organised.
