About the role
Family Access Network (FAN) is an innovative, client focused organisation based in Box Hill providing services for young people aged 16-25 years. We support single young people, LGBTIQA+ young people, pregnant/parenting young families and accompanying children who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
The position requires a motivated individual with energy, enthusiasm, vision and commitment to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. Experienced practitioner is preferred with minimum 2 years' experience, relevant tertiary qualification, ideally in youth, counselling or social work. SCHADS Award according to qualifications with additional employee benefits.
FAN offers many employee benefits including flexible working hours, RDOs, access to an EAP and corporate leave at the end of year.
