Job Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to champion product quality and food safety on our afternoon shift team.

The successful candidate will partner closely with Operations to ensure high standards are upheld and continuously improved.

  • Manage daily quality activities
  • Oversee product control and compliance
  • Ensure timely reporting of incidents and issues

As a key member of the team, you will conduct internal audits, document findings, and drive corrective actions to uphold site standards.

You will also deliver training sessions, toolbox talks, and informal coaching to build quality awareness across teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in food science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or a related field
  • 3-4 years' experience in a QA role within food manufacturing or a regulated industry
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and Quality Management Systems
  • Skills in auditing, problem-solving, and root cause analysis
  • A decisive mindset with excellent communication and influencing skills
  • A valid Driver's License
