Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure maximum availability and performance of trading applications across web, mobile, and API channels.
  • Provide first and second-line support for trading platforms.
  • System monitoring using real-time tools (Nagios, Splunk, AppDynamics, Geneos).
  • Proactively fix support issues and suggest remedial actions or route issues to developers for resolution.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure incident resolution.
Requirements:
  • A self-starter with passion for IT and 3-5 years of experience in IT support.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server OS and application support.

You will work alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment, expanding your technical toolkit.
