We are seeking a skilled Executive Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative assistance to senior executives. About the Role

This pivotal position involves managing calendars and meetings, preparing reports and briefing notes, drafting correspondence, and providing essential support to ensure deadlines and priorities are met.

  • Provide executive support to senior executives, including diary management, meeting coordination, and correspondence preparation.
  • Act as a key liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-through.
  • Prepare and coordinate reports, briefing papers, agendas, and minutes for executive meetings.
  • Support the smooth operation of the directorate by coordinating administrative functions, streamlining processes, and assisting business units as needed.
  • Contribute to projects, events, and initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring deadlines and standards are consistently met.
