Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide high-level support to senior executives.

The role requires someone with exceptional organisational skills, the ability to plan and prioritise workload with multiple demands and excellent communication skills.

Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office suite and experience using Convene program are highly desirable.

About You
  • Demonstrated experience in executive administration preferably in a health or aged care related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to develop networks and work collaboratively with other health care professionals, clients, the community and other external agencies.
  • Strong organisational skills with demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.

You will be a key contributor to our team and have the capacity to sustain effort and productivity setting a high standard for self and others.
