Payroll Operations Lead

As Payroll Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing accurate and timely payroll processes for approximately 700 employees across multiple markets. This includes overseeing monthly and semi-monthly payroll cycles, coordinating with third-party providers, and ensuring compliance with employment contracts and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for 700+ employees across multiple markets
- Coordinate with third-party providers to manage payroll cycles, including monthly and semi-monthly processes
- Ensure compliance with employment contracts and industry standards, maintaining high levels of regulatory adherence
- Collaborate with internal teams on employee onboarding and payroll communications, administering leave entitlements and managing superannuation and salary-sacrifice arrangements
You will address payroll inquiries, drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations, and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support.
