  • Assess and make decisions on applications for financial hardship assistance, ensuring all supporting documentation is thoroughly evaluated.
  • Assess each client's individual circumstances with sensitivity and offer appropriate financial solutions such as repayment plans or payment pauses.
  • Ensure all financial hardship applications are processed within regulatory guidelines as well as internal policies and procedures to maintain compliance and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• A minimum of five years' experience working in high-volume retail consumer credit or collections within the banking or finance industry.

• At least one year's direct experience assisting clients facing financial hardship is required to ensure you can provide empathetic support from day one.
