Job Overview

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers with navigating their financial obligations through various channels (phone, emails, and letters)
  • Assessing customers' eligibility for tailored solutions and monitoring ongoing agreements to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Handling calls within appropriate delegation levels and identifying and escalating priority issues while maintaining accuracy and integrity of customer data
