Our business is seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional who can navigate financial hardship claims with empathy and understanding. This role involves assessing the account holder's financial position, negotiating payments, and working towards getting them back into regular paying status.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage their own time and workload effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced changing environment.
