Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Property Finance Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Centre Management group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the collection process for rental arrears.
- Assist with daily centre rent collections as needed.
- Prepare and issue monthly rent rolls to tenants.
- Raise charges and perform account reconciliations.
- Execute start-of-day and end-of-day procedures with the customer service desk.
- Reconcile and bank gift card takings.
- Perform petty cash reconciliations.
Candidates with prior experience in accounts administration within a retail shopping centre environment or similar setting are preferred. A solid understanding of rent management and collection processes is essential. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required. Tertiary qualifications in finance or administration are advantageous. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent numeracy skills, are necessary for success in this role.
