Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Loan Admin Support Officer. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property and finance, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external service partners and clients. You will be working in a team environment, supporting our Finance Advisors and contributing to the loan processing workflow.

The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, updating loan status, note-taking on our CRM, completing loan processing paperwork from inquiry through to settlement, understanding credit policy and completing serviceability assessments.

Our ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about property and finance, have a professional and personal approach, and be able to build rapport with clients.
