Strategic Property Finance Specialist

**Job Summary**

This role will provide expert support to Corporate Banking by preparing credit submissions for new and existing property finance customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all documentation and settlements.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing lending support on property finance deals between $10-$150M
  • Preparing and submitting timely and accurate recommendations for corporate property credit submissions
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of industry trends and commercial orientation
  • Preparing and reviewing documents with accuracy
  • Verifying conditions and completing relevant checklists
  • Supporting Relationship Managers in identifying and documenting new opportunities
  • Achieving high customer service standards
  • Developing strong relationships with customers through credit based solutions
  • Ensuring adherence to BOQ's credit policies, procedures and audit requirements

**Key Skills & Qualifications**

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong knowledge of corporate banking facility structuring, specifically property finance
  • Excellent analytical skills with commercial orientation and ability to identify industry trends
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, motivation, commitment and desire to succeed
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
