Regional Advisory Services Director Position

 

We are seeking a highly accomplished professional to lead and drive our advisory practice across various sectors in Australia. The successful candidate will report to the Global Head of Advisory Services and be responsible for developing and refining the strategic direction for the regional advisory group.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine the strategic direction for the regional advisory group, including market penetration and competitive positioning.
  • Ensure organizational capacity is in place to deliver on regional plans.
  • Champion the group's interests to major customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing direction and developmental support to the team.
  • Build world-class capabilities, focus on accelerating business growth, and ensure alignment with overall organization objectives.

  • Industry & Market Awareness: Anticipates and responds to industry changes, understands competitor products/services, and maintains awareness of shifting interpersonal dynamics.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior consulting/leadership capacity, preferably with engineering experience.
  • Engineering degree and MBA would be assets.
  • Proven experience in building a significant practice focused on operational improvement, operations readiness, investment, and business planning in industrial markets.
