Job Title: Business Assurance and Advisory Manager

Are you a seasoned professional looking to excel in the field of assurance and advisory services? This role presents an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Business Assurance and Advisory Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of project management risks, risks and controls, business process, and IT general controls. With a background in risk assessment, controls evaluation, and compliance initiatives, you will lead teams to deliver high-quality assurance and advisory services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of assurance and advisory services including risk assessment, controls evaluation, and compliance initiatives.
  • Manage teams to deliver assurance and advisory engagements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of reports for clients and stakeholders.
  • Nurture client relationships to achieve service expectations, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Develop skills in emerging technology risk areas such as AI, Blockchain, and Cyber Security.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to address compliance, financial, and operational risk.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Passion for assurance and advisory services.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in providing assurance or advisory services over risk and controls (business process and/or IT general controls), program, and project risk management services.
  • Practical approach to assess new technology and evaluate its impact, risk, and remediation.
  • High-level communication and engagement skills, including exceptional report writing abilities.
  • Strong business acumen and commercially focused attitude.
  • Inspiring leadership capability with the motivation to develop others and build high-performing teams.
  • Excellent project management skills including the ability to lead fieldwork.
