Customer Service Administration Officer

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our customers, providing a great experience and resolving any issues that may arise.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing a high level of customer service and support
- Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting with data entry and data validation
- Performing general administration tasks, including invoicing and scheduling
- Supporting project managers with administrative tasks related to their assigned projects
- Organising and communicating project details to team members
