Customer Service and Administration Opportunity

O'Brien Glass Industries Limited is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Administration Officer to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer issues, and ensuring seamless communication with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective responses to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Perform data entry and data validation tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Assist project managers with administrative tasks related to their assigned projects, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Organize and communicate project details to team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.

Requirements:

  • A true passion for delivering customer service excellence and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
  • Resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Intermediate IT skills, with experience in data entry and data validation.
  • Professional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
