- Maintain strong relationships with premium customers through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Develop and implement tailored retention plans to enhance customer experiences and increase loyalty
- Monitor customer activity for concerning Responsible Gambling or Money Laundering triggers and report accordingly
- 3+ years' customer service or account management experience
- Demonstrated experience in developing strategies and implementing personalized plans to retain high-value customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
