The King-Care Specialist plays a key role in delivering a premium service experience across recovery and refurbishment programs. This includes providing end-to-end support for replacement covers, cushion inserts, and refurbishments, as well as using AI-enabled tools to generate accurate quotes and manage order workflows.

This is an opportunity to grow your career in a collaborative, customer-first environment. You'll work across multiple digital channels to provide quotes, manage orders, and support customers from enquiry to fulfilment. With access to internal knowledge bases, you'll be equipped to deliver outstanding service and solutions that reflect the quality of our products.

Key requirements for this role include experience in customer service or sales roles, ideally supporting premium products or services. You should be confident across digital systems, able to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Additionally, you'll need to be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. A solutions-focused mindset, commercial awareness, and natural ability to match customer needs with service offerings are essential.
