
Premium Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Premium Client Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Premium Client Management Team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with high-value clients and driving revenue growth.
About the RoleIn this role, you will provide proactive end-to-end relationship management for a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring a positive experience and optimizing revenue growth. You will also respond to and manage inbound client queries professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality relationship management for a portfolio of high-value clients.
- Respond to and manage inbound client queries through phone and email.
- Identify opportunities to educate high-value clients on our products and services.
- Cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need 1-3 years' experience in sales, relationship management, or customer service within the financial markets industry. You must hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and have RG146 certification. Eligibility to work in Australia permanently is also required.
