Premium Guest Experience Leader

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Your key responsibility will be to drive high standards of personalised, professional service—making sure every guest arrival and departure leaves a lasting impression.

You will work closely with the services manager to monitor team performance and service standards, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost efficiencies. Additionally, you will support the rostering of the valet team, ensuring seamless delivery of a premium guest experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support and roster the Valet team to deliver a seamless, premium guest experience.
  • Monitor team performance and service standards, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost efficiencies.
  • Support the Services Manager with people management, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Manage valet staffing and resourcing plans, including timesheets and shift coverage.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Centre Management, Marketing, retailers, and customers.
  • Provide hands-on support, including confidently driving all types of vehicles.

Key Requirements:

  • Team Leadership - Proven ability to lead, coach, and roster frontline or customer service teams.
  • Premium Customer Service - Ability to deliver high-quality, guest-focused service in a fast-paced or premium environment.
  • Operational Oversight - Strong organisational skills with experience managing day-to-day operations, shift coverage, and compliance with procedures.
  • Communication & Relationship Building - Confident communicator with the ability to engage customers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Driver Confidence & Licence - Valid driver's licence with the ability to safely operate a range of vehicles as part of hands-on valet support.
