The Job: As a key member of our crew, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our cinematic endeavors.

Key responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, processing tickets and purchases efficiently, serving delectable food and beverages, and maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our site.

We seek individuals with a passion for cinema who embody a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to leaving a lasting impression on our guests.

  • Ability to go above and beyond in providing exceptional guest experiences
  • Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred
  • A mindset that embodies Fierce qualities: Focused, Innovative, Excellent, Resourceful, Caring, and Empowered
  • A can-do attitude, ability to work independently, and collaborate as part of a dynamic team
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification required

Regular weekend, public holiday, and evening shifts are expected as part of the role. To be considered, applicants must have working rights in Australia.
