We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team as a Lead Structural Engineer in our Bridge Design department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering a variety of interesting projects, offering you the chance to combine your technical skills, project management skills, and client relationship management experience with a project delivery focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver multi-disciplinary projects, working with a broad range of clients and contributing to the growth of our business.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex engineering problems, leveraging your expertise in structural systems and bridge design.
  • Mentor and support the development of our more junior team members, fostering a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects, meeting client expectations and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 15-20 years' experience in structural engineering design, with a focus on bridge design and infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree, with CPEng/RPEQ accreditation or eligibility to apply.
