About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Structural Engineer to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our bridge design team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex bridge projects, working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver bridge design projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop effective solutions
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 15-20 years' experience in structural engineering design, with a focus on bridge design and delivery
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • CPEng/RPEQ accreditation or eligible to apply for immediately
