Role Overview

This is a senior leadership position within our bridges and structures team, responsible for delivering high-profile infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, with experience in project management and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver complex infrastructure projects, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements

  • 15-20 years' experience in structural engineering design, with a focus on bridges and infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-profile projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • CPEng/RPEQ accreditation or eligibility to apply immediately.
