**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking an experienced structural engineer to lead our bridge design team and contribute to the growth of our infrastructure projects.

**About the Role:**

As a senior structural engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and deliver bridge design projects, combining technical expertise and project management skills.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to ensure their growth and success.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and best practices in bridge design.

**Requirements:**

  • 15-20 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on bridge design.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects and managing client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in developing junior team members.
  • Passion for innovation and client service, with a focus on timely and quality delivery.
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree, with CPEng/RPEQ accreditation or eligibility to apply.
