Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Structural Engineer to join our Bridges and Structures team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex infrastructure projects, working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver multi-disciplinary projects, working with a broad range of clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Mentor and support the development of junior team members.
  • Contribute to the growth of our business through key stakeholder engagement processes.

Requirements:

  • 15-20 years' experience in structural engineering design, with a focus on bridges and infrastructure projects.
  • Experience working for an engineering design consultancy.
  • Design experience is essential, asset management experience is highly regarded.
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree.
  • CPEng/RPEQ accreditation or eligible to apply for immediately.
