Job Description

The role of Manager - Client and Community Pathways is a key position within our organisation, responsible for providing leadership and supervision to our Assessment, Intake, Referral and Response team.

As a member of this team, you will oversee service responses relating to client and community assessment, intake (triage), and referral pathways. Your primary objective will be to ensure best practice processes and continuously improve outcomes for individuals seeking legal and other support services.

You will bring experience leading service delivery for clients and community, with a person-centred and trauma-informed approach. This requires strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and assist your team to meet their goals, and achieve positive outcomes for those most vulnerable in our community.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within community services, community health and/or community legal sector
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership and team-building skills
