Empowering Lives: A Residential Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered support to our residents, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Team Leader to develop and implement Person-Centred Plans (PCPs), ensuring the promotion of independent living skills through formal and informal teaching methods.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including medication management, personal hygiene, food preparation, dressing, and mealtime support, while maintaining professional integrity and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate records related to medical, behavioural, and financial documentation, adhering to guidelines, and ensuring the collection and storage of receipts when handling resident funds.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks such as payroll, compliance reports, and client procedural paperwork in a timely and accurate manner, while strictly following organizational policies, procedures, and WHS standards.
Requirements:
- Certificate III or IV in Disability
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
- Completed First Aid and CPR certificate
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance
- NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate -
