Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Support the Residential Supervisor and lead daily operations.
  • Coordinate staff rotas and maintain quality and compliance standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of care plans and monitor staff training and compliance modules.
  • Provide support to clients at medical appointments and ensure accurate medication charting.
