Key Responsibilities
  • Understand customer design needs and work closely with the sales and project teams to create tailored furniture solutions.
  • Prepare detailed estimates and quotes for clients, including inspirational presentations.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer expectations.
  • Liaise with suppliers to source products that meet customer design briefs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth order delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with commercial furniture, construction, or commercial fit-outs is desirable.
  • Knowledge of design principles or experience in interior design is highly regarded.
