Sales Leadership Role

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Leadership professional to join our team. As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for leading daily operations and driving store sales targets and KPIs.

About this role:

Key qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a senior casual, full-time, or leadership support role (e.g., Key Holder, Supervisor).
  • A proactive attitude and strong desire to grow your leadership skills.
  • PASSION for team development and creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • A proven ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.
  • Familiarity with stock management, visual merchandising, and retail operations.
