**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Leading Hand. This role involves overseeing daily cleaning operations, assisting in maintaining the cleanliness of facilities, and ensuring the quality of life for residents.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Oversee and assist the Team in day-to-day requirements of the cleaning operations
- Help support the quality of life of elderly residents and make a positive impact on their wellbeing
- Complete tasks associated with maintaining the cleanliness of the facility
- Cleaning both front-of-house and back-of-house areas
- Follow schedules and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Other duties associated with cleaning requirements

**Requirements**

- Availability to work 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday shifts commencing at 7am
- Previous experience working as a Supervisor in a commercial and/or housekeeping environment desirable
- Good understanding of safety elements associated with the job
- Good understanding of cleaning chemicals and their correct and safe handling
- 2 vaccinations for Covid-19 and a current Influenza vaccination
- Valid police check
- Valid NDIS Workers Check or willingness to obtain one
- Good presentation and grooming
- Sound communication skills
