Clean Operations Expert

At a leading facilities management firm, we seek a seasoned leader to oversee and manage cleaning operations across multiple sites in the Sydney region. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in cleaning operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead large teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient and high-quality daily cleaning service delivery
  • Act as primary contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns professionally
  • Lead, train, and support large cleaning teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards
  • Conduct regular audits and prepare reports identifying areas for improvement
  • Ensure cleaning services meet client expectations and internal benchmarks
  • Prepare quotes for additional services and manage budgets effectively
  • Address and resolve client or team-related concerns in a timely manner
  • Implement training programs for staff to maintain service excellence

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in cleaning operations, preferably in large-scale environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interaction
