Job Title: Cleaning Operations Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a qualified individual to assume the role of Cleaning Operations Specialist. As part of this position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all existing staff receive ongoing refresher training, maintain accurate records, and adhere to uniform standards.

This position is ideal for those who possess experience in cleanliness or training teams (minimum 1 year). In addition, having Australia work authorisation and reliable transportation for day shift and morning shifts is essential. If you are a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, this could be an exciting opportunity for you.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all existing staff complete refresher training and are up-to-date with training forms/paperwork
  • Maintaining accurate records of staff training and certification
  • Reporting any issues or concerns to the Training Supervisor
  • Communicating daily with Management to discuss training progress and any issues arising
  • Providing signed-off training and other required forms as needed
  • Attending monthly meetings with Management to review training outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Identifying opportunities for new equipment or procedures to enhance cleaning standards and reporting to Operations Manager
  • Ensuring all staff have adequate equipment and products on a daily basis during training
  • Handling equipment issues and reporting to Operations Manager

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  • Cleanliness or Training Team experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Australia work authorisation
  • Reliable transportation and availability for day shift and morning shift
