Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning and Store Operations Specialist to join our team in a key role that ensures a safe, seamless and positive shopping experience for our customers.

This role creates a welcoming environment in our stores by ensuring cleanliness and organization across all departments and throughout the store.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning tasks, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing and buffing floors, as well as collecting trolleys from in and around the store and carpark.

They will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, and will work collaboratively with other team members to achieve this goal.

This role requires physical fitness, active energy and availability for shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring a clean and organized store environment
  • Performing daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
  • Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and carpark
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, as well as have good attention to detail and organizational skills.

A full training program will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
