Customer Service Representative

Fuse Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About the Company
Our client is a national leader in the steel material distribution industry, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional phone customer service, building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Communicate pricing and costs of products to customers, promoting sales and increasing revenue.
- Liaise daily with internal teams, including manufacturing, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Update customer requirements and manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and CRM systems, such as PRONTO, to manage communications and customer data.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship-building.
- Computer skills, with prior knowledge of Microsoft Office and PRONTO desirable.
- Strong organization skills, with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- A thirst for learning, with a willingness to learn about products and variations.
- 3+ years of previous experience in a similar role, with a strong background in customer relationship and phone-based sales.
