About The Role

Our Triglav (St Johns Park) & Mekong (Cabramatta) Venues, located near Liverpool, are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join their team on a part-time basis.

You will work across various areas, including bar, gaming, and concierge services, as the face of our front line. To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

  • Previous experience within hospitality or a customer-related field
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Impeccable grooming, presentation, and communication skills
  • A willingness to build long-term relationships with our customers
  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Full availability and flexibility to work a varied roster, including days, nights, and weekends
  • Current NSW RSA and RCG certifications
